Personnel: Johnny Cash (vocals, acoustic guitar); Joan Baez, Leonard Cohen (vocals); Billy Joel (piano); Roger McQuinn. Audio Remasterer: Andrew Thompson . Audio Remixer: Ron Bledsoe. In the mid 1970s, as country rock and outlaw country were healing the divide between two musical styles that had previously seemed at odds, the Earl Scruggs Review released the two volume ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL. The two original LPs, released in 1975 and 1976, put bluegrass pioneer Earl Scruggs in the studio with a new generation of country and rock musicians, from Charlie Daniels and Doug Kershaw to Billy Joel, Roger McGuinn, and even Leonard Cohen. The songs are an equally varied mix of rock and bluegrass standards.

I received the book in a paper envelope and unfortunately it was affected by weather becoming wet and damaged. I contacted the seller and explained the circumstances. I was offered two options, 1) return the book for a full refund (seemed wasteful, unable to resell the book, incurs a cost for postage) or 2) receive a partial refund of $5.87 ($25.85 purchase price).
I politely declined the offer of an arbitrary partial refund, and suggested that a paper book be posted inside a thin plastic sleeve
