    Radio was returned and is working great now! It was NOT 24 hour turnaround as advertised, but I'm happy with the service and the radio works again with a lifetime warranty. Had to reach out to seller several times before I received a response to my questions also. All in all, I would recommend the seller, just don't count on the 24 hour turnaround always being true.

    You may be hesitant to try this service as i was at first.This is the best possible option for anybody who has a non working chrysler product radio. I had the radio back and working perfect in less than a week from the day i mailed it from MI to PA. Very very good and very very fast service . I highly recommend this service.     Garbage stereos for jeep compass

    Hello I bought this replacement stereo for my moms jeep compass I installed the radio it done as expected for the first day 2nd day the fm am part would not catch any stations ended up subscribing to the Sirius xm just for the radio

    Pricey, but it works again

    I had to modify the antenna connector to get it to work, but no biggy. I think their advertising leads a lot to be desired, it's rather misleading. I originally thought I could by a reconditioned radio for that price only to find that, no, it was only to repair what I had. Had I known that was available to begin with, I would have sent my original radio in for repair instead of buying a used one that had the SAME problem, thus costing me TWICE as much. I wish they had advertised REPAIR right off the bat and I wouldn't have been looking for a replacement radio.
