Item sent was not what I ordered - despite a picture of the item I ordered being emailed to me on my receipt from the seller. Cheaper inferior item sent. Seller refused a refund unless I returned the item at my own expense; after telling me not to return the item. Unhelpful seller, absolutely refused to admit that they had sent me an inferior item - which is widely available on eBay for almost half the price I had paid. First foto is what I ordered, second is what I was sent. I feel conned.

Item did not arrive. Although the seller did make good contact hence why "postive" feedback. i had to wait 14 working days before requesting a refund. Which I feel is a very long time... I can't comment on item description. Nor dispatch time
