    easy and convenient to use !

    eliminate the Battery Tender pigtails on your battery. simply connect this to your Battery Tender, and plug it in to your bikes cigarette lighter. Very low amps. almost no draw at all. Keeps your battery fresh. Use caution while not is use. connector end cap is fragile. this purchase was a replacement of my original. While disconnecting it I accidentally dropped the lead connector. it swung down and struck the floorboard. the connector end cap that is under spring pressure to hold the internals in shattered! Little spring and fuse were lost to the dust bunnies and floor grime in the corners of the garage. So easy and convenient to use though ,, I quickly purchased another !!

    Does not work on my '98 Tracker

    The cigarette lighter on my Tracker is "live" when the ignition is turned all the way off, but when I connect the Deltran Jr. to the the adapter, the blinking red light indicates that the charger is failing to charge. When I connect the charger to my battery with the Deltran included battery clamps, the charger goes through the correct sequence of lights indicating a proper charging action. Don't know WHY the adapter doesn't work with the charger, and the manual doesn't help. The adapter seems well made with no apparent damage.
