The headphones were listed as new. They did not appear new to me. The manufacture's box had been opened. One ear cup had fallen off the headband. One cable was missing. Seller says his products are sent new from the distributor. So I suppose the seller never actually sees the products being sold. At least in this case. Seller believes the item was damaged during shipment. Not likely. Anyway, after a bit of back and forth they did provide a prepaid shipping label and a full refund.
