The item was as described, but it arrived wet through in a plastic Royal Mail bag. The label on the bag said it had been damaged before arrival in the UK, but as the supplier is from Cornwall, this was hard to believe!
I contacted PZPalmtree and sent him photos of the item and its packaging and he promptly refunded me.
First Class response despite it not being his fault.
I've found the liner sheets locally, but if this source dries up, I won't hesitate to reorder from Cornwall.
