The Fudge arrived wrapped in a Royal Mail apologies bag, which stated "our sincere apologies. We are very sorry that this item has reached you in this condition. If anything is missing or the contents are damaged you can report this to us". Inside the bag the box was split open and only contained three of the five bars sent. Very clearly not the sellers fault who promptly and courteously issued me a refund for the missing bars. So five stars for the seller and no stars for Royal Mail!
