Garmins fenix can calculate the tire size from its GPS so configuration is all automatic after pairing. Garmin Speed 2 and Cadence 2 are great and easy to use items.

Simply attach units, set the head unit to search, and the sensors should show up. Attach to a bike in the head unit and now it's possible to have 2 bikes with separate sensors. Just choose the bike you'll be using and the data is attached to that bike.
