Could not be happier with this service. I could not find a similar service in Canada. Was a little Leary of shipping to Missouri but the reasonable price and the price for a new unit helped with that decision. Communication was excellent and and with the distance shipping went smooth. FYI, i removed and reinstalled the unit myself. Anybody that can turn a screwdriver can do this. Thanks again, appreciate the service and will be sure to recommend.

Very simple process of getting my issues resolved through their team. Before they had posted this option as a separate listing, which they thankfully did now, I had to call in for backlighting issues which was an additional $100. However, that was easy to do and I got it done quick thanks to their team. I shipped it out with a note and sent it over to their address to get my cluster fixed.
