    Hitachi slide battery

    I have bought unbranded batteries before. I have noticed how my angle grinder slows down with cheapies. Not so with hitachi batteries. I would not use anything else now in high drain applications eg angle grinder.

    Blew up my charger

    As mentioned in description, put it on charge to have it fully charged before first use, this battery has totalled the charger, it's dead, now cannot charge any of my batteries. Now I've got get a new charger and no confidence to use or charge this battery, completely useless.

    Genuine Hitachi 18V Battery

    It's a genuine Hitachi battery. Copy batteries are not the same as the genuine article. I bought two batteries suitable for Hitachi 18v recently for around $80.00 and they were useless. I had to return them. This battery lasts all week!

    A decent battery for the price

    Seems ok. Wouldnt trigger charger initially probably due to low voltage, but I got it working in a second charger with a lower voltage trigger. Dont fit the drill as well as the original batteries but still do the job, so all good. I'll have to see if they last seven years like the old batteries for quality assurance, but the price was right.

    Battery power 4 cheap

    For the price, you could not get any better, good build quality, but one minor issue is that it does not quite slide into the OEM charger perfectly so it takes a bit of fiddling before it starts charging, but once it's charged it's good to go.
