    I've wanted this book for 20 years, and I think I defied the fates by finally obtaining it. Before successfully buying this one, I had two other sellers cancel after they realized theirs were fake or missing. Then after purchasing this one, it was accidentally misdelivered. I cursed the fates, but fortunately seller took immediate action and communicated my order status the whole time. It arrived by FedEx and was expertly packed. I hope I find the 1999 edition someday, but for now THANK YOU!
