    Received item within 48hours. Item will replace original Shark tool. This tool looks more robust. The clip that converts the tool from wand to brush is quite robust . The clip on the original Shark took that I had keep losing its grip rendering the tool useless. This purchase will hopefully to a lot better.

    ONLY REASON I AM GIVING POSITIVE IS THAT I FINALLY RECEIVED THIS ITEM TODAY AFTER WAITING 12 DAYS FOR IT - APPARENTLY THE FIRST PARCEL WHICH WAS NOT TRACKED WAS RETURNED TO ROYAL MAIL JUST THIS WEEK?????? IT IS A BIT STRANGE AS NO REASON WAS GIVEN. HOWEVER ON CONTACTING THE SELLER A REPLACEMENT WAS SENT OUT AND RECEIVED IT TODAY. PLEASED WITH THE TEM THOUGH. MOST SELLERS HAVE TO RELY ON COURIERS AND IF THEY ARE NOT EFFICIENT IT CAN CAUSE LONG DELAYS AND DISPUTES FROM CUSTOMERS.
