    The dvd didn't work at first. After we took it out of the dvd to inspect it we found it to be covered in what looks like a polish cutting compound for dvd's after cleaning it up we found out that it was badly scratched, maybe beyond what's acceptable for normal wear and tear. However it seems to be working now, my wife doesn't want to send it back so hopefully there won't be any other issues with it. Thanks.
