The seller properly sent this to me and my local post office lost it when it was out for delivery. I let the seller know in order to put in a claim but rather he offered to send me another one FREE of charge (!) Above and beyond service. He had no obligation to do so as it was the post office's fault but he just wants to please his customers. Excellent seller and very personable. I highly recommend and would certainly buy from again.
