    Take before you sleep, and wake refreshed.

    Have used this Brand and dosage for close to 20yrs. These will help you wear a bicep pump for sure. Drink Gatorade or some other carbo filled drink to ensure absorption. Careful with the overdoing the dosage though, unless you don't mind your testicles being sensitive.
