Its been over a decade since I've played this game, and since my brother stole the family copy I decided to pick up one for myself. The graphics honestly look pretty good for PS2 and the gameplay is just as fun as I remember it. The only complaint I could say is that the camera controls are a bit clunky, and also inverted. But bad camera controls are kinda to be expected with games from this era. All in all, there was definitely a reason it was one of my favorite games from my childhood.

I bought this game after spending many hours playing Worms Armageddon, and just finding it incredibly fun. But after playing this, I am highly disappointed. The graphics hold true to the worms series, but after that, it seems to be a very scaled back compared to the prior Worms. A much more limited arsenal, fewer teams, fewer worms per team, a much smaller soundset, and a lack of many custom options are some of the features to expect in this game. The whole fortress set up is just not a great addition to the game, and slows the pace of the game down. I do not recommend this game to anyone expecting to have an Armageddon experience again. It still has its moments of being enjoyable, so it isn't a bad addition to a collection. Just don't be expecting much.
Having played many of the Worms titles over the years I have to say that Worms: Forts Under Siege is the best. I didn't think that anything would beat out Worms 3D as the top title of the franchise. You can play up to four players and use a whole new array of off the wall weapons. I would rate this as a must have if you enjoy other Worms titles!
I can't tell you how many hours my buddy and I spent playing this game!

Not the best Worms game out but it is very fun. I've had it for over a week now and I cannot stop playing it. Great gift. But if you want to get an even better game Worms Armeggedon is a good way to go.
I bought this game for a teenage boy. He loves the graphics (flying hippos), catapulting animals, and the worms. This is one of his favorite games and finds it challenging. The lack of blood is also a plus!
This game is so user friendly. The graphics are quite nice. The different settings are awesome. The different types of weapons are very creative. Its a lot of fun to play with the kids.
Use to play this game on my old pc and was thrilled when I found it for playstation 2. My boyfriend and I have tons of fun battling each other. Ironically it is very theraputic.
ENJOYABLE GAMEPLAY, QUICK LOADING TIMES. BLUE DISC BACK REQUIRED QUICK FIX WITH SCOTCH TAPE BECAUSE MY OLD PLAYSTATION WOULD TURN THE DISC. FIXED FOR LESS THAN ONE CENT.
