The left shock arrived with a broken active suspension connector broken. Customer service was quick to ship a replacement. I feel like whoever was responsible for the initial fulfillment didn't inspect the shocks because the broken one did not have any protective packaging material. The other shock looked to have the original packaging material and looked new as expected. Good customer service, bad initial fulfillment.
