Seller was really nice. My order got delayed as the courier got it damaged in transit but so dar it was well packaged inside so they only replaced the box. My vacuum was working well and had no issues. Tho when I brought up to the seller about the damaged parcel, seller immediately told me to let em know when I receive the package and he’ll send me a label to ship back to him and he’ll send another one as replacement.
