I opened the package and the item once I received it and a hinge rivet pulled through the metal on the solid fuel stove. I asked the seller to replace/exchange it. They made claims it was not their fault and somehow mine. I sent pictures of the faulty rivet on the stove. They finally agreed to give me a partial refund for the cost of the stove (I ordered 3 of them). They stated a refund would be issued within 72 hours. That never happened. Bad seller.

Item was described as "new and sealed". When the item arrived it was broken and definitely not sealed. I get issues happen during shipping, but the box had no tape or any type of sealing on it. I texted them to resolve this issue and THEY ASKED ME IF I COULD TAKE IT SOMEWHERE TO GET IT FIXED and or a %5 refund. This for a New expected product. We came to an agreement of a replacement. It's been 2 weeks, I haven't got a tracking number and just keep getting told to wait. Terrible company
