3 weeks? You purchased the card, I provided tracking, and it was shipped the very next day. it was exactly 2 weeks later when you received your card. I have a 5.0 rating on shipping speed & ship orders immediately. USPS can be slow sometimes when it comes to envelopes. I can't control if USPS scans in the envelopes, which they never did with yours, but you still got your card. Immediately messaged me every other day asking for updates & I responded. Typical newbie leaving unacceptable feedback.
