I purchased my item with the description as "no defects and minor scratches". However, the packaging was poor and the item was damaged in transit, with pieces broken and loose (there was only one layer of bubble wrap in a cardboard box that ripped in transit). I was very disappointed so I reached out to the seller and they were able to work with me. Communication was quick, and I appreciate them helping me with this transaction.

Arrived with box badly damaged with 2 corners broken open (see pics). Unit was partly hanging out of the one large open corner. Box was too flimsy for an item of this weight. But unit seems to work and batteries charge to full.
