I rate this as an overall positive because I got the item and am happy with it. Something seemed to go wrong on the seller's end, though, with shipping being delayed a week and a half after a shipping label had been created, and I got no response from the seller when I inquired about it. I know things happen, but communication and following through are important parts of the selling process. I'm always sympathetic, as long as I know what's going on and it's for a valid reason.
