This book is in Very Good+ condition and has a Near Fine dust, jacket. The book and its contents are in mostly clean, bright, condition. There is some light bumping to the bottom spine end, of the book cover. The text pages are clean and bright. The top, spine end of the text book has spots of light foxing. This, edition has four full color illustrations and eight black and, white illustrations, along with the illustrated endpapers. The, dust jacket is in mostly clean, bright condition, with only, some beginning toning to the white portions of the dust jacket, spine. The dust jacket is the same artwork as the original UK, edition. "In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit.
