Photo didn't match the actual product.I returned it for a refund (packaging it up,using my own tape and mailer,having to go to the post office to return it-a major inconvenience.The seller didn't even offer to send the correct item so I think it was a bait and switch deal.They never had the item in the first place.This was upsetting since I really needed this item.It's unfair that the seller got 5 stars on all other aspects of the transaction-I was only allowed to critique item description.

Unfortunately, a case of miscommunication. Buyer made prior inquiries under a username, while the order shipping info had her real name. Moreover, the buyer did not include any notes or comments on the order to indicate she wanted the particular item she had inquired about previously.
