Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Der Support ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr Problemlösungsorientiert und sehr freundlich.
Da ich leider einen Monitor bekommen habe der defekte aufwies, die nicht in der Beschreibung
aufgeführt waren, habe ich mich an den Support gewant und inner halb eines Tages
die neue Ware erhalten ohne Kostenaufwand. Das nenne ich mal Kundenzufriedenheit und kann mich bei dem Händler nur bedanken.

Die FRITZ!Box kam hier zügig und gut verpackt an. Sieht im ersten Augenschein alles sehr ordentlich und ohne Gebrauchsspuren aus. Den Betrieb können wir erst in einigen Tagen prüfen. Einen halben Stern würden wir in der Artikelbeschreibung abziehen, da die Aussenantenne nicht näher beschrieben wurde (Leistung/Qualität).
Ansonsten kaufen wir sehr gerne wieder bei diesem Verkäufer.
