I liked this video because I wanted to see The undertaker vs. Kane rematch from Wrestlemania 14 which took place a week before the event. The only down side to the video is that it is only 1 hour long. The undertaker wrestled in his street clothes because he forgot his stuff. This is a review for WWF Capital carnage 1998. I have not received the item but have seen the video before and I believe it is a must-have for any wrestling fan/collector. It features 2 great main events. The first being a WWF Championship Match between The Rock and X-Pac. This is a great match and also has a great pre-match promo from The Rock. It also has a special Fatal 4-Way between Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kane, The Undertaker, and Mankind. This was a great brawl that also featured an appearance from Vinnie Jones from "The Condemned". There is also a very memorable moment in this event where TNA's Miss Jackie Moore's shirt gets ripped off by Sable, revealing her assets to the viewers. Overall, this is a great video and is a lot of fun to watch.
WWF - Mayhem in Manchester (1998, VHS) I love the WWE/WWF, that's why I bought it. It had great matches especially the under def. kane because the undertaker is my favorite superstar. what I love the most is that this was not seen in the u.s. until they took out this vhsso it is very rare and it has the WWF logo and not the WWE logo so it makes it even more rare.
I got this thinking that it was a ppv-type event held in Manchester. It was in fact a ppv-type event, but what you get is not the event itself. What you get is a 60 minute re-cap of the events that happened with about 15 minutes of it talking to British fans. There's not one match shown in it's entirety and some of the matches listed have no highlights at all. This was a complete waste of money and time.
I thought this was a PPV, all it is a 60 minute re-cap of a PPV. Save your time and money and pass this one by.
