Slightly annoying but it operates the Chromecast itself ok. The directional buttons did get stuck on one occassion and the build quality is shocking but it's $15 so no complaints.

Dee (Gadgets*Gear) offered a $5 voucher and I noted I will pay $5 to send a new remote control. A new one was promptly sent. Although there were 3 cheaper ones, 1 with Amazon 4 around $11 or $13 & 1yr warranty. I purchased from Gadgets*Gear as they had a good history of high rating and VERY PROMPTLY ANSWERED MY QUERIES; including my complaints. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
