He shipped very fast and the book got here before Sunday which I was happy about. What I wasn't happy about however was it seemed an old bag and board was used as the comic was loose in the box and did in fact get damaged. I did as for a partial refund due to the damage and it being a gift for myself. However I was told the store policy was no refunds cause of ebay. I was upset and was gonna contact ebay but in the morning I was giving a partial refund. He does work with you so overall content.

Buyer fails to mention a full refund was quickly offered without being promoted to return the book at no cost to buyer for what was minor damage at most. Contacting eBay would've informed them to return the book as I had asked. Buyer didn't demand but made it clear I owed them a refund to keep the book. Decided to refund shipping fees anyway even though I would've preferred to get the book back. Buyer knew I broke up my 2nd set to sell to them. Guess you can't make anyone happy. Lesson learned.
