Seller sent a non-working processor. In the photo processor without damage, he sent the processor with massive damage to the surface. The package was well packaged. I do not recommend this seller.

We offered a return label right away for a full refund or exchange and did not want to take it. Customer demanded a refund while keeping the item. This processor was fully tested prior to shipping. When you buy an inventory item you do not receive the exact same item pictured. Customer did receive the exact same description.
