Very poor business! buyers beware bought a gopro hero 12 max lens description said in perfect new condition. Post only had a picture of the box and not a picture of the max lens. When shipment arrives within 5 minutes of receiving the item I opened to confirm the max lens in the box then to find the max lens in horrible condition with deep scratches and deep scratches in the lens frame as well. I sent a message to the seller and never received a message back then after 7 days facebook refunded.

For the price I am happy. The item works great and appears genuine.
But I do feel the seller should be dinged for the description. This item appears more "used" than "open box", seeing as the item did not even arrive in a retail box (as shown in the listings only photo).
Mine came loose in a padded mailer.
There also looked to be a bit of wear on the clip I received.
