Seller listed this item as New but it was bent and clearly used, no original packaging, no manuals, and had missing parts. Shipping was very high. Seller communicates quickly but loses stars due to not being honest in the listing or in emails. Now, seller says it should have been listed as "open box" - which is still dishonest and not actually an ebay option. I installed item before noticing missing parts (since no manuals) so I tried to work with seller but seller's concession was to offer $5.
