Item received with the back piece that the cord goes that attaches to the main unit broken. I've tried to glue it back several times but when I sit it back down, it breaks away from the unit. I can still use it, works fine, but sad to pay for something new and have part of it broken. The good thing is it's in the back and can't be seen.

If we knew there was a defect, we would have disclosed it or probably not even have listed it for sale. All you had to do is contact us and we would have made it right. But instead you leave a negative feedback.
