Asked for gasket to be packaged so as not to be able to be bent or folded , which they agreed to do.
Sent me a coated steel gasket that had been bent past 90 degrees and attempted to be bent back into shape in a plastic envelope with absolutely no support or even a sticker to say “don’t bend or fold”.
When I complained they offered a refund if I destroyed the product and sent photos, which I did.
They then blocked me on eBay with no refund and stopped replying to my messages.

The price is affordable, and the products are of exceptional quality. I just got two units for my parent's cars, and they've been loving it. Sadly, when the units arrived, one of them was already deceased. It's uncommon for online suppliers to respond to emails in under 15 minutes, but that's what happened when I emailed them. Asking questions and providing guidance and advice was superb customer support. A replacement was shipped for the DOA. I wholeheartedly approve of this product.
