Very Pleased. Unit arrived just as shown in the photos ahead of time to 66221. Ordered was completed on 10/30/23 12:22pm, and unit arrived 11/1/23 1:07pm. (2-4 day ship was listed.) When installed unit worked great. Arrived nicely double cushion bagged inside a correct size Priority Mail cardboard box. USPS Box arrived with essentailly zero signs of shipping wear. No communication with seller was required.
