My item arrived "smashed in bubble wrap". Seller said it was first time. He doesn't ship in boxes uses bubble wrap all the time + blamed us post office. Offered partial refund so I guess its buyers fault. Very sad customer service.

I take extra precautions packaging my items, they're bubble wrapped and placed in plastic containers in bubble mailers. I offered you an exchange for another ring or a partial refund because the Post Office has insurance for damaged packages. From photos submitted, item looks like it was stepped on, which is probably why filing a claim did not suit you.
