This rosary arrived broken due to improper packaging. I took it to my jeweler and they repaired it and made sure the other links were fine. This vendor tried helping me once I informed him that the rosary arrived broken. He went out of his way to help and offered me a refund if I wanted to mail it back. I chose to have it repaired. This kind of repair typically where I live costs $28 but since the repair was quick and easy they decided not to charge me. The same thing could happen to you.
