it is a bolt/screw OEM Honda part. USPS delayed the products arrival but this is NOT the sellers fault. In fact the seller made every attempt to assist when the product got stalled at a Washington DC USPS hub. Even offered a refund. I appreciate that but declined after his efforts to assist with USPS' delay. Thanks for the assist on that. ALL GOOD.
