Item was shipped promptly, new in original packaging. Unfortunately - through no fault of the seller - the player quit working after a few days. I contacted Couture Supreme, explained what had happened and they refunded my money within minutes, no questions asked. I would definitely characterize this company as honest and forthright. I will not hesitate doing business with them in the future.

The item was just as described, works perfectly. Was packaged extremely well and arrived in perfect condition and 3-4 days earlier than I was expecting. Shipping cost seemed high but the way it was packed I can understand why. I highly recommend this seller and would not hesitate to buy from again.
