Item not brand new as described by seller. The boots have clearly been worn and have creases over toes and around ankles…sign of being worn! Denied knowledge of any problem and wasn’t happy to give a partial refund for the mis advertising. Sent photos of the problems and seller said nothing wrong with the boots. She “may have tried them on, but didn’t really use them”! ……not brand new as stated by her or eBay! Very annoyed and disappointed with this seller. Paid good money for item not as listed
