I ordered many items very recently, many of which were delivered yesterday. I hsve a secure locked mailbox. The usps postal person delivers directly
The sellers pink plastic package arrived sliced open very neatly at the top. There was nothing in it.
The seller either used a reused plastic that was not taped or someone mailing the item for them did something. The opening as I said was very neatly cut.
I am asking for a refund. The seller immediately got back saying it’s my problem.

I contacted the USPS and according to their regulations, if the mailman notice a damage or missing content, they scan it, mark it as damaged and take it back to the station for the investigation. Hardly possible that your mailman didn't notice flat and cut open envelope and just place it in your secure mailbox?
I never said it's your problem. I advised to contact Ebay for help and contact your local Post Office which I normally would do in the situation. The case was never open on Ebay though.
