My experience was mostly positive, however, the shipping was not great since the item was sent in an absurdly big box (more than 6 times bigger that the item itself). The issue with this is that I'm located overseas, so I not only paid for the shipping within the US, but also the forward shipping to my country, which based on the big size of the box, made me pay a lot more than usual. The item arrived in perfect condition, but at the end, I paid more in shipping that the item itself; ridiculous!
