Buyer beware. Unit worked fine however the listing had a false description. The condition of the unit was a refurbished unit. This was clear by the edging on the face plate. And putting the unit into diagnostics mode, the hard drive showed almost 9000 hours of use as indicated in the picture I initially uploaded. So yes, while I did receive the item and it was in perfect working condition, it was NOT brand new/unused as indicated in the original listing. So my previous review still stands.

    Easy to use

    I bought this mobile to replace my old Blackberry Torch mobile. I am 65+ and still like a qwerty keyboard. I find the mobile easy to understand and use and it suits me just fine.
