Item description says "used" but did not specify that the part was chipped. In the photos, it is very difficult to tell that there is a chip (no close-up). Item was very poorly packaged and another edge cracked during shipping; I had to glue the cracked edge back. Photos have all 4 nuts, but it arrived with only 3. Price was competitive and final installation will still look fine...I need the part, so I will keep it.
