Brilliant communication when messaged that the product hadn’t arrived, clear explanation as to what had happened, sent the item in a timely manner once issue was rectified. The product itself was very well packaged and bigger (and by extension nicer) than the picture portrayed. It will be a great monument on the layout in honour of a family member. Thank you, I will be returning for a few more items as the layout progresses.

Items arrived carefully packed and are well printed in a white resin that I will see even better when a grey primer is applied !
