I received the package, it was extremely well wrapped. There was also a hand written letter inside apologizing for a minor tear not described in the description of the product. The letter offered to refund me the total price. An offer I declined, it really wasn't a big deal. I was only after the owners manual case anyway.Honesty is hard to find today.
