this was a gift for an 80th birthday. the seller sent a medium instead of a small so i had to attend the party with no gift. i told the seller she did not care, she insisted that she did not have a small even though the small was pictured in the ad. she ignored a lot of messaged and took over a month to accept the return. she would not help with it i had to file a return with ebay. not reliable and not helpful. not honest either.

After a week buyer told me about the mistake but I did not have it in a size small so I couldn't send something I don't have. She waited over a month to put in a return request. Not my job to put in return request. I accepted it right way. She was refunded when I got it. I apologized. What more can I do? I have all the rude emails she sent me. She is not being truthful at all. So sad that she has nothing better to do than tear me apart for a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes. Geez!
