Despite poor communications from the shipping company, the seller continued to assist me in tracking the shipment through final delivery. Communication has been timely and complete. Shipment was well packed. Luckily, Wheels Direct offered to take the wheels back and send me a fresh set. Such nice people willing to help out a customer. Check your wheels whenever UPS drops them off.
