    I purchased this duck decoy from the seller. It was was poorly packed. When it arrived you could feel the decoy sliding around inside. when opened the duck’s bill was completely broken off. The seller was fast to respond during communications, but took zero responsibility for the poor packing and placed all responsibility on me to fix the issue through the post office. I have purchased over 20 ducks through the mail and and have never had a shipping issue. This was lacking packing material
