Even after I immediately paid for my winning bid after the listing ended, I followed up with two messages 1 week after payment and seller did not ship after an additional two days given, even though I waited till after that before opening an Item Not Received request. In total 2+ weeks to process order and still never shipped the item, so I eventually had to involve eBay support to get refunded. This experience makes me question the listing's legitimacy and seller's intention to sell item.

Listing ended May 10 at 5:41pm, paid winning bid after five minutes. Sent 1st message asking shipping status on May 18, was ignored. 2nd message May 20 stating I would soon open INR request, seller responded would ship next day which didn't happen. Opened INR on May 22 and never heard from seller by end of May 28 (3 full business days due to holiday & weekend). Asked eBay support step in on May 29.
