Purchased received with broken sim card tray. Hasn't been manufactured correctly. Therefore can't use phone.... they refunded me enough money go purchase my own sim card tray which is ex China... so pay for what you get. Experience started badly..... and they say it's heavy duty but instructions say don't drop or anything like they advertised so not heavy duty just a fat phone... not happy....
